Why SMSF?
If you would like greater flexibility and control over your retirement savings and how they’re invested, you may want to consider setting up a self managed super fund (SMSF).
As the name suggests, you manage the fund and decide how to invest your money. You have a wider choice of investments than in many other superannuation options. The fees are generally lower too, and the flexible nature of SMSFs allow you to benefit from the significant tax advantages that superannuation provides. You also have the flexibility to make timely investment decisions when market conditions change.
The SMSF can have up to four members so you can include your family, giving the fund more to invest and keeping fees lower for everyone.

How SMSF?
At RPM we refer our Clients to Ascendancy Planning Pty Ltd (Corporate authorised representative of Bluewater Financial Advisors Pty Ltd AFSL 411846 ) to provide financial advice on establishing an SMSF. In doing so RPM are not licensed to provide financial services and are relying on the exemption contained in the Corporations Regulations 2001, in particular regulation 7.6.01(1)(e).
RPM sources and selects the property investment for our Clients once their SMSF is established and our affiliate financial planner has discussed with you your investment objectives.
